| I upgraded my fuel system a bit. The existing pump I was using good to 800bhp on EFI-FI cars, so I figured I better up it a bit. The new pump is good for 1100bhp on EFI-FI cars. I also am going to be adapting Ford injectors (much cheaper, $420 for 6) into either the lower plenum, or into my new single throttle body intake manifold. This fuel setup will pretty much just replace my stock fuel tank (in my old setup, i tapped out drain plug, which was not the safest thing, but worked well) with a 15 gallon RCI fuel cell that I am having modified to work better with my setup. It will also replace the feed line from the tank to the pump with -12AN instead of -10AN. (reason being the inlet side of new pump is bigger, -12AN) The rest will stay the same from the pump to the FPR. I'm waiting on the tank to be welded by my local TIG guy, then I can install it. I cut the spare tire sheetmetal out of the trunk area in order for the fuel cell to drop into the floor (will post install pics this weekend). Parts List: ======================================================= 1. Aeromotive Eliminator (1100bhp) pump 2. -12AN feed to pump 3. -10AN feed to FPR 4. RCI 15gallon cell w/ GM sender 5. New Parts:
you can see here that I still need to have the rails machined for the injectors, and tapped for fittings.
